FAQ's
Do I need to be on site while the work is carried out?
Not always. For most jobs we can work independently once access is organised. If we do need you on site, we’ll let you know ahead of time.
Will there be any power outages during the job?
Possibly, depending on the scope of works. If power needs to be isolated, we’ll communicate this in advance and keep downtime to a minimum.
Do you handle underground and overhead electrical works?
Yes. This is a core part of what we do. We specialise in underground and overhead installations and have the machinery to complete works efficiently and safely.
Is all work completed to Australian Standards?
Absolutely. All work is carried out to current Australian Standards and safety regulations, with quality and attention to detail at the forefront.
What happens if something trips or stops working after the job is complete?
If something doesn’t seem right, drop us a line. We stand by our workmanship and will assess the issue promptly.
Can you work around other trades or ongoing projects?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with builders, contractors and other trades to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.
Do you provide compliance and testing where required?
Yes. All required testing and compliance checks are completed as part of the job.
Can you assist with future works or upgrades?
Definitely. If you’re planning changes, upgrades or extensions, it’s best to get us involved early to avoid unnecessary rework.
